It is possible to convert inbound call request into tickets and receive them inside your Zendesk or Intercom Workspaces.

When you set up a link in your SnapCall Workspace to be then shared into your website, ensure all the requests will be redirected to the same email address linked to your Zendesk or Intercom Workspaces.

This way, your CRM will automatically convert them into tickets and your team will be able to see them in their queue.
