Depending on the browser you're using, you should be able to have access to a specific set of features when you play a recording. All recordings are available on the 'Call' tab of your Dashboard.
Before following the rest of this article, ensure you have the latest version of Chrome, Edge or Firefox, as these are the browser we recommend using when you navigate through the Dashboard.
Both on Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome when you click on the button 'Recording' on any call, the native browser's player should open, giving you the possibility to play the file.
You should also be able to see three dots on the right side of the player: if you click on those you should have the option to download the file as a mp3 file or set up the playback speed of the recording.
On the other hand, if you're using Mozilla Firefox, you should have access to a wider set of options. In this case a different native player will open when you try to listen your recording, giving you access to the core buttons to play and pause it.
When you right click on the player with your mouse, you should have access to a wider set of options, including the possibility to download the file as a mp3.
