An AI skill is basically a custom prompt that you can add to any step of your flow to analyse media and get specific output from SnapCall.
When you create an AI skill, you can define the format of the output (plain text, bullet points), the channel (private, public comment or custom field) and use a conversational language to tell SnapCall what you would like to get from the media.
When you create your AI skill you can also test your prompt by uploading any media and the result will be displayed on the right side of the screen.
Once published your Skill, you can apply that to multiple Flows and if you amend it, changes will reflect in all Flows where this is used.
