When building an AI Skill, it's important to validate that it performs as expected across the different types of media your customers may submit.
The Output Preview section allows you to test your AI Skill before deploying it in production. By uploading a sample file, you can instantly see how the AI interprets the content and what output will be generated.
Why Test Your AI Skills?
Testing helps you:
Validate that the prompt behaves as expected.
Verify that the correct information is extracted.
Refine instructions before exposing the skill to end users.
Ensure compatibility with different media types.
Improve extraction accuracy and output consistency.
How to Test an AI Skill
From your SnapCall dashboard, navigate to the AI Skills section.
Create a new AI Skill or open an existing one.
Click Try on Media (or use the Output Preview panel).
Upload a sample file that represents the type of media your customers will submit.
Wait for the analysis to complete.
Review the generated output in the Result panel to verify that the expected information has been extracted.
If needed, refine your prompt or instructions and click Refresh to run the analysis again.
Repeat the process with different media types (images, videos, PDFs, forms, invoices, etc.) to ensure consistent and reliable results.
