SnapCall allows you to automatically send media outputs and AI-generated insights to an email address.
This feature is particularly useful when you want to connect SnapCall with third-party applications that are not natively integrated with SnapCall. The email itself can be used as a trigger for automation platforms, CRMs, ticketing systems, databases, or custom workflows.
How to Configure the Email Integration
Navigate to: Settings → Integrations → Other Integrations
Select Email Integration.
Enter the email address that should receive SnapCall outputs.
Click on Connect
Once enabled, SnapCall will automatically send media outputs and AI analysis results to the configured email address.
What Is Included in the Email?
The email contains information about the media submitted to SnapCall, including links to the media itself and any AI-generated outputs produced during the analysis. Depending on your workflow, this may include AI Skill results, extracted data, summaries, recommendations, and other insights generated by SnapCall. This makes it easy to forward valuable information to external systems and automate processes without requiring a direct integration.
