What is a SnapCall Flow report?

A SnapCall Report is a feature that provides a detailed overview of how SnapCall has analyzed and processed a specific ticket.

The report allows you to see whether any target media are missing, and whether any of the submitted files appear to be AI-generated or stock images downloaded from the web. This helps your team quickly understand what data was received, what might be missing, and how authentic the provided media is.

You can access the report directly from your SnapCall dashboard. After logging into your account, go to the Homepage, select any available Clip, and a panel will open on the right side of the screen. Within this panel, select the Report tab to view the full analysis.

By default, the Report is displayed within the media viewer, but its information can also be surfaced in the metadata of your Advanced AI Agents, depending on your integration setup.
