When activated into your workspace, SnapCall will automatically review all media provided by your customers using Clip or Flow.
When SnapCall detects that an image has been taken from the web, the following actions are taken:
SnapCall will not process any AI skills for the image. Instead, it will display a message in the media viewer confirming that the media has been located on the web.
SnapCall provides the URL of the media available on the web, allowing the agent to manually verify if both media match.
SnapCall will also confirm whether the media fully matches the one found on the web (meaning it is identical to another publicly available image) or partially matches it (indicating that part of the media recorded or uploaded via SnapCall matches one available on the web).
SnapCall automatically tags the CRM ticket linked with the media, so that it's easier to build report, automate processes or manage the queue accordingly.
