What is SnapCall Flow, and what are the benefits?

SnapCall Flow is a feature that allows you to guide your customers step by step when they record a media with Clip, and then receive customized AI output according to your company's needs. If your subscription covers Flow, you start using this feature using the following link.

Guiding your customers when they record a media would allow you to get the following advantages:

  • Capture key information: make sure that, when a customer record a specific media, your agents and teams will receive the exact information that you're looking for.

  • Give specific step by step instructions: you can describe on the banner the exact procedure client needs to follow while capturing the media.

  • Clearly show to the customer what they need to capture: as you can customize the picture that you add on the banner, you can clearly show where a specific serial number or information is located.

When you use Flow, you also have the possibility to limit the type of media customer can capture, as well as let our video AI extract information from the snapshot or video shared. For example, you can ask SnapCall AI to extract a serial number or information shown into a document, and place them inside an internal note into your CRM ticket.
