AI Skill scoring helps agents understand how confident the AI is in its analysis and whether the extracted information should be reviewed before being used. Each AI Skill result is automatically evaluated and assigned a status based on the quality of the evidence detected in the media.
Present
A result is marked as Present when the AI is confident that the requested information was found and successfully extracted. This means the AI identified clear evidence supporting the result and no significant ambiguity was detected.
Need Human Review
A result is marked as Need Human Review when the AI has detected information but cannot determine with sufficient confidence whether the extracted value is accurate.
This may occur when:
Multiple possible values are detected.
The image is blurry or low quality.
The text is partially visible.
The field is cropped or obstructed.
Conflicting information exists within the document.
The evidence supporting the extraction is weak.
When a result is marked as Need Human Review, agents should verify the extracted value before using it in a workflow or CRM.
Missing
A result is marked as Missing when the AI cannot find sufficient evidence to determine the requested information. This usually means the information is not visible in the media or cannot be reliably extracted.

Need Human Review Flags
When a result is marked as Need Human Review, SnapCall provides one or more review flags explaining why manual verification is recommended.

blurred_text | Text is blurry and difficult to read |
partial_text | Only part of the value is visible |
low_resolution | The image quality is too low |
cropped_field | Part of the field is cut off |
occluded_text | The text is partially blocked |
nearby_noise | Surrounding content interferes with extraction |
format_uncertain | The detected value does not clearly match the expected format |
conflicts_with_other_field | Conflicting information was found elsewhere in the document |
weak_evidence | The AI found limited evidence supporting the extraction |
