What are the advantage of SnapCall Pro?

With SnapCall Pro you can add up to 20 users to your workspace, so that they can work as a Team and you can overview their activity. Your Pro Plan includes everything available on Lite, plus the following benefit for calls and Clip:

  • While on a call, users will be able to record a call. Recordings are GDPR complaint and this allow both users and supervisor to overview the call at a later stage in the Dashboard, once this is ended. As with SnapCall Lite, video calls are accompanied by transcripts and AI summary.

  • When an agent visualize a media sent via Clip, SnapCall will also display relevant articles based on your Knowledge Base. These can be also used by SnapCall to generate an answer via AI, and agents can edit this or add any info before sending to the client. Admins can also add company specific words on their Workspace, such as the name of their company's product or services. This makes video's summary even more specific and accurate.

  • With Pro admins can connect SnapCall to their third party chat bot, for example the Messaging widget provided by Zendesk. This allows your customers to interact with SnapCall, without the intervention of an agent.
