The Public Page is a simple way of creating a web form that you can set up and publish anywhere on your website.

In this article, we'll take you step-by-step through setting up your public page.

Step 1 - Add your logo

A logo is often one of the most recognizable elements of a brand. By adding it to your Public page, you'll reinforce your brand identity and create visual consistency with the rest of your website.

By clicking on "Upload" you can add your own logo to your Public Page. (PG, PNG or GIF · Recommended size: 512x512px)

Step 2 - Define a page title

Adding a title to your Public page will clarifies the purpose of the form. It informs users of what is expected from them and the intended use of the form, reducing confusion and improving overall understanding.

You can give your Public Page a specific title, e.g. "Contact our support team", and define a description to guide the customer through the process.

Step 3 - Choose what you want to propose to your customer

From here you can choose the options (Take a picture, Record a video, Record my screen, Schedule a call) that you'd like to include on your Public Page.

In the Active section, place the items you want to appear on your public page. Items in the inactive section will therefore not be visible on your form.

Click on Manage to select specific users or just a team. By doing so, only selected members will receive content shared by customers interacting with the Public page.

Step 4 - Preview and update

You can now preview your Public Page and make any necessary changes or adjustments.

If you think everything is good, just click on update to refresh your form with the information you provided earlier. A pop-up message will appear

Step 5- Publish your page

You can now publish your form on your website wherever you like by copy and past the link generated in the step 4.

Step 6 - Connect SnapCall to your CRM platforms

If you want the medias from the Public page to pop up as new tickets in a CRM you'll need to connect that one using the integration section.
