How can I integrate one or more apps to my SnapCall Workspace?

Once your account is set up and you're logged in, head to the Connection menu on the left side of the Dashboard. This is the main page that allows you to manage all the integrations between SnapCall and your third party apps.

To complete successfully this process, you will also need an account with the third-party app you'd like to install.

Please keep into account that SnapCall can be currently connected with one application at a time, however you change the connected app at any time if you need to.

Another way of adding a CRM or a third-party app to your Snapcall account is to do so via their dedicated MarketPlace. In that case, it's enough to login on your CRM, head to the marketplace and search for Snapcall. Currently SnapCall app is available in Zendesk, Livechat and Intercom marketplace.

We also have a Chrome extension available in case you'd like to use SnapCall, but we don't support the third party app you're using. More on that here.
