Can I add a SnapCall link inside a button when using a chatbot?

It depends on the chatbot you're using.

If you're using the Zendesk Messaging widget or Advanced AI agent, we suggest adding a 'Message' step in your configuration and use the following syntax:

%[Continue](url) 

The whole formula needs to be written without spaces. This will add a button into the bot message, where the link is stored. Placeholders can be also used while using this format.

The following syntax can be also used in Ultimate chatbot.
