Can SnapCall detect if media are AI generated?

Yes, you can use SnapCall to determine if a media shared by the customer has been generated via AI or not.

To use this feature, head to any Flow you have or create a new one, and enable the feature 'AI content detection' on the first tab of the Flow builder'. This is located on the bottom side of the tab as shown on the picture below.

When the feature is enabled, SnapCall will provide an AI confidence score per each media submitted using that Flow. The higher is the percentage, the higher is the probability that the content has been generated using AI.

The information will be provided both in the media viewer, in the Zendesk ticket associated with it (as a tag) as well as in the conversation metadata in case the media was uploaded via a Zendesk messaging widget.
