Flow Generator helps you create SnapCall Flows automatically based on your existing Zendesk configuration.
Instead of building a Flow manually from scratch, SnapCall analyzes your configuration and generates a ready-to-edit Flow that you can review, customize, test, and publish.
Where can I find Flow Generator?
Flow Generator is available from your Zendesk integration settings.
Go to:
Settings → Integrations → Zendesk → Settings
Then, under the General tab, scroll down to the Flow generation section.

How to generate a Flow
From the Flow generation section:
Click Generate flows.
SnapCall starts analyzing your Zendesk configuration.
A Flow generation started notification confirms that the process is running.
You can continue using SnapCall while the Flow is being generated.
Once the process is complete, you will see a Flow generation completed notification.
The newly generated Flow will then appear under Flows in your SnapCall workspace.

What does SnapCall generate?
Flow Generator creates a starting configuration based on the information available in your Zendesk setup.
Depending on your use case, the generated Flow can include:
the Flow name and description
the media customers should provide
accepted media types, such as images or PDFs
instructions shown to customers when collecting media
relevant media analysis options
AI and Trust & Safety configuration
CRM output settings
For example, a Zendesk process related to refunds may generate a Flow asking the customer to upload a receipt, refund confirmation, or order email, with the appropriate document and image formats already selected.

Review and customize the generated Flow
The generated Flow is designed to give you a strong starting point. You can open it from the Flows page and modify any part of the configuration before using it with customers.
We recommend reviewing:
General — Flow name, description, and general settings
Media — requested media, instructions, accepted formats, and targeting options
AI Skills — AI analysis and any additional skills you want to apply
CRM — information sent back to Zendesk, reports, tags, and other CRM actions
You can add, remove, or modify steps exactly as you would with any other SnapCall Flow.

Test before publishing
Once you are happy with the generated configuration, use Test to check the customer experience and make sure the Flow collects and analyzes the information you need.
You can then click Publish when the Flow is ready to use.
Flow Generator is intended to speed up the initial setup while still giving you full control over the final customer experience and workflow.
