SnapCall relies on AWS (Amazon Web Services) as a hosting provider.

This allows us to provide services to our customers ensuring to maintain safety worldwide:

  • AWS is certified ISO 27001, SOC2, PCI DSS, FedRAMP, because of this we're able to provide safe services to all our customers, regardless of where they are or from where they use SnapCall

  • AWS has servers distributed in all the main geographical area of the world (Europe, America, Asia and more). Because of this, we're able to store data in the specific region where our customers sign up and use our services, or we can move these from one server to another upon client request.

If you need to have your data stored in a specific region, or you have any specific data management requirement, please feel free to contact our Support Team and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
