SnapCall stores two main groups of data:

  • Agent's data: such as their full name and email address. These are the data that you enter as an admin when you'd like to invite a team member to your Workspace.

  • Customer's data: in this case, we store only their email address. We use this information to locate quicker any recording where a specific client could have joined.

SnapCall doesn't share the data above with any third-party company, and we use this information for the only purpose to provide our audio and video services.
