Summary
SnapCall partners with OpenAI in order to generate summaries of video recordings provided by customers (SnapCall Clip) or recorded by users (SnapCall Instant).
This could be particularly useful for an agent to have an understanding of a query shared by a client, without the need to watch the whole recording. Not only that, QA Analyst could benefit from it in order to understand client sentiment and quickly gather information on the ticket.
AI summary are generated only when there's enough content to summarize. Short videos or videos without audio might only contain a transcript, which would be anyway enough to understand what happened in it.
Article recommendation
When a Knowledge Base is connected to your Workspace, SnapCall automatically use that to recommend articles to your users, as soon as a new video with transcript is available.
Generate an answer
In order to quickly generate a complex answer, SnapCall use the article linked to your Knowledge Base to generate an email ready to be send to your client. The answer will be related to the issue described by your client, as it will be based by articles and the transcript available on the video.
Of course the answer can be quickly edited by your users in case it is needed to add any other information, and it can be also quickly copied by simply clicking on a button.
