How can I disable a call link?

Managing call links is simple, quick and can be done directly from your SnapCall Workspaces.

To access your full list of links, head to settings, on the bottom left side of the screen you should be able to see an option named Booking pages, under the sub-menu 'Connect'.

Once you click on that link, you should be able to access the following view.

When you want to deactivate a link, you can click on the dedicated toggle on the right side of each link.

Deactivating a link could be useful in all those cases where the incoming backlog is too high to be handled by your Team, or when you'd like the service to be temporarily disabled, such as during a bank holiday.
