Managing appointments is simple, quick and can be done directly from your SnapCall Workspaces.

To access your complete list of appointments, navigate to "Apps & Tools" located on the left side of the screen. Look for an option titled "Booking Events" under the sub-menu “Connect”. Click on this link to access the following view.

When you want to deactivate an appointment, you can click on the dedicated toggle on the right side of each link.

Deactivating an appointment will make that specific event unavailable when an end user will navigate in the 'Schedule a call' feature inside your Public Page.
