Yes, if you have a Pro or Enterprise subscription you can get in touch with your Customer Success Manager, so that we can define the length of the summary and its format.

We can also contextualize the summary, so that if your organizations sells specific product or solution, SnapCall will keep that into account while generating content for your agents.
