If you'd like to receive video and pictures recorded from your customers directly into your SalesForce, it is enough to follow these simple steps below:
Connect your SnapCall Workspace with your SalesForce account. The process is quick and simple but we wrote an article to guide you step by step, you can find it here.
βNow that both your accounts are connected, each time a client will use SnapCall to upload a video or a picture, Salesforce will create a new case and SnapCall will add the link of a media as an internal comment. Customers can send you media in these two different ways:
βAn agent can create a link from their dashboard by clicking 'Create' button on the top right of the screen, and then on the option 'Photo/Video recorder'. The link can be sent via email, chat or SMS. When the recorder is generated, the link is automatically copied to the clipboard, so the agent can directly paste this into the conversation with the customer.

When a customer uploads a media successfully (this can be either a picture or a video), you will have a new case on Salesforce, where the link to access it will be placed on the its description, while the summary will be inside an internal comment, as shown on the screenshot below.
