Some of the features embedded in the media viewer are free of charge, however other requires the subscription to Pro or SnapCall Enterprise.

For example, both admin and regular users will be able to display media uploaded via SnapCall Clip, however it won't be possible to receive relevant articles from SnapCall as the Knowledge Base connection requires a subscription to Pro.
