SnapCall cooperate with a third party partners to provide agents with useful information on a video or snapshot to close a ticket quickly.

Not only that, the information captured by SnapCall on the video can be also used to reroute tickets, populate data on CRM's fields and more.

Here's how the technology works, more in details.

AI on snapshots

When an end user record a snapshot, SnapCall uses the prompt provided on the dashboard to gather information contained in the picture. This could be a code visible on the picture, a color, or a simple description of what's in the picture itself.

Once SnapCall collects this information, this would be available on the media viewer under the option 'Content Recognition', so that an agent can consult this once available.

AI on video

When a video is recorded, SnapCall automatically generate multiple snapshots from it, and use them to detect information or data visible on them. Even in this case, SnapCall would use the prompt provided on the Dashboard to ensure the data are shaped in accordance to your company's requirement.

It's worth to mention that this data will be available in the media viewer as well, together with the summary that SnapCall can generate from the audio part of the video.

These are in fact two different features that the agent can use to gather as much information as possible from what has been provided by the client.
