Why my video doesn't have a summary?

There are a couple of reasons why a video on SnapCall might not generate a summary:

No Audio: If the video doesn't have any audio, SnapCall won't be able to create a summary. Summaries are based on what's spoken in the video.

Short Video: Summaries are most helpful for videos with at least 10 seconds of footage. If your video is shorter than that, it might not generate a summary.

Limited Transcript: SnapCall relies on transcripts to create summaries. If there's not enough content in the transcript (due to short videos or lack of clear audio), a summary might not be generated, as it wouldn't be very useful.

If all of the above are not the reason of the lack of summary, try regenerating AI output using the dedicated button on the media viewer.
