Yes, SnapCall allows admins to deactivate all AI features, ensuring that no data processed or received from your customers is shared with any third party. To deactivate AI features, follow these steps:
Log in to your SnapCall workspace as an admin.
Navigate to the Flow page.
Ensure that all AI skills are deactivate in all Flows listed on the page
AI skills applies for both media received from customers, as well as recordings related to video calls.
If your plan does not include AI features, these will be deactivated by default and SnapCall won't share any of your media to a third party AI company.
