By default our AI features are activated, meaning that when one of your customers uses Clip to record a media, SnapCall will process a transcript, summary and content recognition. All AI output are available in the media viewer associated with the media or into the linked ticket in the CRM if this is connected.
If you'd like to customize the AI by adding your specific prompts, you will need Flow activated on your workspace.
To activate this feature, please reach out to our support team and provide the following details:
Your email address associated with your SnapCall account.
The name of your workspace.
Once we receive this information, our team will process your request promptly.
