How can I access the AI summary?

There are two ways to access the AI summary:

Through your CRM

If you use Zendesk and this is connected to your SnapCall Workspace, head to the ticket where a video was uploaded through SnapCall Clip.

Just below the attachment, SnapCall will also post the AI summary as an internal comment, so that agents won't have to switch through different tabs to find it.

On your SnapCall Dashboard

On your SnapCall account, AI summary are generated for either instant call or for videos sent through Clip.

This means you can look for any recordings, either other the submenu 'Instant' or 'Clip' on the left side, then select the file you're interested to review. The summary will be displayed on the right side.

Please note that AI summary is not generated in all those situations where the video is too short or there is not enough content to summarize. If that is the case, SnapCall will add the transcript of the video on the CRM ticket.
