When a summary is not available for a specific clip, SnapCall specifies the reason on the dedicated tab for it in the media viewer.

Common reason for this to happen is lack of transcript: in fact when the video is too short or there is not enough material to build a summary, SnapCall doesn't generate one on the dedicated tab.

In case of long video recording or Clip, SnapCall might also take some time before generating the summary as the longer is transcript, the more complex it is.
