Can I synchronized a calendar with SnapCall?

Yes, we currently support Google, Apple calendar and Outlook. You can find the option to do so here.

When you synchronize a calendar, all the booked call by your customer will not only create a ticket in your CRM but also reflect on the calendar itself, and vice versa.

We suggest connecting a single, team calendar so that you can make sure all unavailable slots will appear on the configured event on SnapCall, plus you will have a single view of all the call scheduled by your customers.
