How can I send an email to the client when they schedule a call?

When a client book a call through SnapCall, a ticket will be created into your CRM, such as Zendesk. This allows you to send an email reminder via the trigger functionality that this solution offers.

When a ticket is created, SnapCall can also add the Call Date, time and video call URL into three separate custom fields, so that it will be easier to give such information to the client, or to automate reminders.

These fields needs to be configured by a CRM admin beforehand, and once done you can reach out support@snapcall.io to configure these with the help of our Team.
