SnapCall has integrated KYC into the Clip flow within Flow, enabling you to request customer identity verification before allowing them to share their issue via video or other media.

Our KYC provider validates the authenticity of the identity document, while you can additionally check the document details and confirm they match your customer records.

Enforcing KYC helps ensure that requests are submitted only when there is a genuine and justified need from the customer, which is particularly valuable in certain workflows and scenarios.
KYC at SnapCall is designed to add an additional security layer to Clip processes within Flow. It is not currently intended to be used as a standalone solution solely for customer document verification.
