At SnapCall, workspace admins and owners can define how long media should be retained on our servers when customers upload it.
Once this setting is configured according to your company’s policy, all incoming media from that point onward will have the setting stored in its metadata and will be automatically deleted once the defined time has passed.
This means that if an admin or user changes the setting in the workspace later, it will not apply retroactively to media already stored.
