Once your account is set up and you're logged in, head to the Settings menu on the top bar of the Dashboard. On the left bottom side of the screen there should be a section named 'Connect', with a link to the App Store.

To complete successfully this process, you will also need an account with the third-party app you'd like to install.

Another way of adding a CRM or a third-party app to your Snapcall account is to do so via their dedicated MarketPlace. In that case, it's enough to login on your CRM, head to the marketplace and search for Snapcall.

Once installed all the main features we offer, such as videocall, screensharing and more, will be available directly on the app you're using. More information are available here.
