Can I take a Snapshot while on a call?

Yes, you can make a snapshot of the customer's video with a single button so that the file is easily accessible in the media viewer after the call.

As an agent, you can do so by hovering the mouse in the customer's video, then you'll see more options button on the top right of the window. If the option to take snapshot is enabled in the flow, you should see a button similar to the one below.

Once saved, a new note on the ticket will be added and the media will be visible in the media viewer together with the recording if available.
