It depends on the type of recording and subscription activated on your account.
By default, Snapcall keeps audio recordings for up to one year on our server. Currently, only Pro and Enterprise users are able to manage or amend this time frame.
When it comes to video recordings (coming from SnapCall Instant or Clip), these are kept for 30 days for Pro users and for Enterprise this can be completely customized. Lite users don't have access to recordings.
In case you need to extend or shorten this time frame, please submit a ticket to our Support Team.
