How long SnapCall keeps recordings?

As an admin, you can define how long SnapCall should keep media in your workspace, you can find option under 'Settings' > 'General' and 'Preferences'.

Please note that this settings can be changed only for specific plan, like Pro or Enterprise.

According to your plan you might be able to extend this value up to one year, but in case of any specific request you can reach out our support team.
