If you'd like to share Snapcall URLs:

  • On Zendesk Chat, you need Zendesk Chat Team level license, or a Zendesk Chat Growth level license, or a Zendesk Chat Professional level license.
    In this specific case, Agent Workspace is not mandatory.

  • On Zendesk Messaging, Agent Workspace is mandatory.

  • On Zendesk Sunshine, Agent Workspace is mandatory.

If you'd like to use our Snapcall call card:

  • On Zendesk Chat, both the Zendesk Chat Plan Enterprise and Agent Workspace are mandatory.

  • On Zendesk Messaging, Agent Workspace is mandatory.

  • On Zendesk Sunshine, Agent Workspace is not mandatory.
