SnapCall can be connected with your company's Knowledge Base, allowing agents to quickly locate articles that can be useful for the customers when they review a Clip shared by their customers.
When SnapCall is connected to a Knowledge Base and detects articles that can be useful to solve a specific issue, they will be shown on the bottom right side of the SnapCall Clip UI, as shown on the screenshot below. These are collected under the tab 'Recommendation'.
The feature is available only for companies who subscribed to Pro or Enterprise plan.
