Any admin or owner of a SnapCall Workspace can add specific keywords related to the software or product they support, so that the AI summary generated by SnapCall will be more precise and specific while looking for related articles to suggest.
You can define and save as many keywords as you want, and when SnapCall detects them in a Clip shared by your customer, this will be highlighted on the AI summary.
To add keywords to your Workspace, head to the 'Settings' tab, then click on the option 'Knowledge Base'.
On the next screen, you should be able to see the option 'Company vocabulary'. There, you can add each word related to your company's software or product, and hit the button confirm on your keyboard to save that.
If needed, you can of course remove one or all the keywords saved on your Workspace.
