Can I customize email notifications?

While SnapCall offers the possibility to send email notifications to both end users and agents when a specific event occurs, we suggest relying on your CRM if you're looking to deeply customize the look and feel of emails sent.

According to the type of customization requested we might be able to accommodate the request within a custom project done ad hoc for your organization, however please take into account that this might occur in extra charges.
