Currently we don't have this specific feature on the dashboard, so a user would need to activate these notifications as soon as they join your workspace.

If you're looking to activate notifications on for a large amount of users in bulk, please drop an email to support@snapcall.io, making sure to specify the full list of email address, the list of notifications you'd like to have enabled and any other specific preferences.
