Can I extract information from snapshots or video?

Yes, you can find this option while creating a new Flow. This is called 'Data extract' and allows you to populate fields on a CRM with the information that SnapCall finds on the media. 

To configure this accordingly, it's enough to do the following:

  1. Once logged in to the Dashboard, head to 'App & Tools', then create a new Flow

  2. Head to the AI analysis page, then look for 'Data extract'.

  3. On the left side just below the word 'Custom fields', type the key word that SnapCall should look for while extracting information. On the right side, look for the custom field in your CRM from the available list. To see the full list you must connect a CRM first, or synchronize the list of fields from it. You can do so from the 'Integration' page of your dashboard.
