Yes, it is possible to share your Media using a Secure Link
Agents can leverage the "Share" button within the media viewer.
Clicking this button generates a unique link that you can copy and that grants access to the specific media file.
Anyone with this link, regardless of their workspace affiliation, can then view the media.
This functionality allows for quick and easy collaboration across different users and teams within your organization, even if they don't have access to the SnapCall workspace.
Note for Zendesk Users: Agents can share call recordings directly in ticket conversations. Here's how:
Within your Zendesk workspace, locate the SnapCall app icon in the top right corner.
Select the call recording you want to share.
Click the three dots menu and choose "Copy Link."
Paste the copied link into the ticket conversation for reference.
