How can an agent access SnapCall media from Zendesk?

Our custom Zendesk app allows you to view pictures and videos uploaded via SnapCall directly within the Zendesk workspace.

This saves you time by avoiding platform switching, however it is important to note that only media relevant to the current ticket will be displayed on the right side of the screen.

To search for specific media across tickets, agents should use the console located in the top right corner.
