By default we store such images on your SnapCall dashboard, so that if needed you can verify once again any information of your end user before replying back or solve their ticket.
Data visible on the ID can be also added into ticket's custom field, or given to an advanced AI agent bot via metadata so that you can build further flows based on those values.
However, you can drop us a message to support@snapcall.io if you wish these information or pictures to be removed from the workspace, so that KYC will be used for the only purpose to verify customer identity.
