From time to time network instability, browser's specific plugins or other parameters outside our control, might interfere with the usage of Snapcall in one of our supported third-party app.

For example, while using the Snapcall widget within a third-party app, you might encounter the following issue shown on the screenshot below.

This means that the application has crashed due to a non-specified reason, likely to be related to network instability as it is most of the time a temporary one.

Most of the time, it's enough to refresh your web page and everything will be back to normal but please do not hesitate to contact our Support Team in case this persist or happens too often.
