It is currently not possible to amend this within our User Interface.
In case you created a duplicate account by mistake (for example, signing up an account on our website and then trying to use the same email to install Snapcall in your third party CRM), or you'd like to change the linked address of your account, please raise a Support ticket and we will be happy to assist as soon as possible.
At the moment we don't allow users to sign up multiple times using the same email address, so we're more than happy to assist you in case you'd like to better manage this data on your accounts.
