On LiveChat, when the customer receives this error it means that they are trying to launch a call directly from the chat. This error message is automatically sent.

Please note that we have decided to privilege the control of the calls only by the agent, it allows him to better manage the customer flow. He is the only one who can trigger and initiate all the calls.

Your customer will be able to simply make a call request via the chat by message, the agent will be able to send a calling card so that he can join the call with no issues.
