Does SnapCall have an IVR?

SnapCall doesn't offer an IVR (Interactive Voice Response), however, you can generate multiple call links so that your customer gets redirected to the right person within your organization.

For example, if you have a multilingual support team, you can generate a link for each language your organization support. These links can be then placed on your website or app so that your client can select the language they speak before initiating a call.

Call links can be connected to specific teams or users. For example, if you'd like a client to contact their Account Manager only, you can provide them with a specific link that will redirect each call request to a given SnapCall user.
