Does SnapCall have an IVR?

SnapCall doesn't offer an IVR (Interactive Voice Response), as our video call solution is fully digital, meaning it is easier to redirect customer contacts to specific users or teams according to the CRM you're using SnapCall with.

For example, if you have a multilingual support team, you can configure your Public Page making sure that each call request sent will be redirected to a specific team or user . A Public Page can be easily installed in your website, as it's enough to place its link within a button of it.
