If SnapCall has been installed within your Workspace, however this is not visible on the top right side of the screen, it is possible that this has been installed for specific user of your organization, or restricted to users with specific roles.
In order to verify and confirm this information, head to your Zendesk Admin center then select the option 'Apps and integrations' in the left side of the screen. Look for SnapCall in the app list, on the next screen you will be able to verify if the app is available for specific users only.
If this is not the root cause of your issue and this option has been already verified, drop us a message using the messenger widget on the bottom right part of the screen.
