It is currently possible to send SnapCall streams to customers or leads via Zendesk, even if these are using Whatsapp to chat with your organization. There's no need to follow specific instructions to do so, an agent can simply send a link to the customer within the conversation.
When a customer join the call, they will be redirected to their browser and SnapCall will be opened there, the call won't happen inside Whatsapp.
When the call is ended, the chat in Whatsapp is still open so both the customer and the agent can drop additional message or follow up after it.
